CivCore uses a Stamina system to incentivize cooperation. The stamina bar has a max of 100 stamina. Actions such as breaking blocks, placing blocks, and fishing all cost stamina. Stamina regenerates very slowly at +0.5 stamina per second. Once the stamina bar is depleted, any further stamina cost hits the hunger bar instead.
